This Saturday, July 19, 2008, the UFC is broadcasting its famous Fight Night FREE on Spike TV. Yep, you can enjoy it as a freebie, courtesy of Dana White. But before you think he has grown a heart for the poor, know this: Affliction is airing it's inaugural MMA show on the same day at the same time on pay per view. Needless to say, you might be torn between two choices as much as Mr. White seems to be sweating his competition.

Last weekend was packed with MMA action that you wish you did not miss!  We covered 4 events in 4 days. Almost like a trip around the world. Just kidding. Nevertheless, it was very exciting and fun.
