Quick Tips Summary:
  • Think before you attack-- thinking is more important than the actual move.
  • Learn from other fighters (at seminars or other training opportunities).
  • Never stop attacking your opponent. The more you stay focused on the offense the less you have to worry about any defense.
  • Do lots of cardio to avoid getting tired during a fight.
  • Ground game: When you are on top of your opponent attack the neck, when on the bottom go for triangle chokes.
  • Regard  MMA is a lifestyle, not just as a sport or hobby.
  • Train hard, play hard, fight hard!
  • Have a regular training schedule.
