The first bout on the fightcard, Ley versus Gentilli, delivered a vicious round of grapples. Den Ley and Mathias Gentili tore into each other, with some rapid turnarounds. However, by the end of the first round Ley ran out of gas. Gentili then finished him off only one minute into round two.

Next up, Frank Salcedo and Felix Lopez cautiously seized each other up like two gladiators taking test jabs. They picked up the pace and went into grappling mode. Lopez relentlessly put pressure on Salcedo on the ground going for the ultimate defeat by tap out . Lopez won the match in the second round.

Mike Morris and David Zitman delivered a great performance displaying a whole set of skills. With two equally talented and experienced fighters it always cpmes down to willpower and the determination to succeed. When the judges gave the victory to Morris by unanimous decision at the end of round three, he raised his arms in triumph while the crowd cheered.
