The JKD Xteam hosts a free and open to the public Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) try-out seminar on March 29-30, 2008 at their Martial Arts Academy in Lake Worth, Flo. The event is co-sponsored by Brawl and Maul Fightwear with the goal to find new MMA talents who cannot otherwise afford any training and gear.

A one-year sponsorhip will be awarded to one female and one male fighter, along with a professional debut offered by Florida's match maker, Paul Andres. Anyone interested can particiapte at this seminar at no cost as long as they are not already affiliated with another martial arts school or sponsor.

As added bonus the famous Bodog fighter,  Eben "The Big O" Oroz and the rising MMA star Sadot "The Hitman" Nazaroz will attend the event along with their accomplished Jeet Kune Do trainer, Sifu Richie Carrion.
