He was definitley a man on a mission, never slowing down his attack on Lemley, who was not able to catch his breath. The referree finally stepped in and stopped the fight at 2:18 in round two because Lemley was not defending himself anymore. Melendez earned his victory via T.K.O. Drew Fickett put his impressive submission techniques on display when he locked Jae Suk Lim into a guillotine choke hold, and then hung onto Lim when he attempted to shake him off by getting off the ground. Fickett was like a Koala baby bear hanging on to Lim who had no choice but to tap out at 1:14 in round one.
