 TAMPA, Flo.- The Real Fighting Championship (RFC) will host their next fight card on July 11, 2008 at the A La Carte Pavillion with the undefeated Gilbert Burgos and number two featherweight contender, James Wynn as main event. A female bout will feature the pro debut of Nana Berto who is the sister of RFC Lightweight Champion, Edson Berto . She will face the kickboxer Jessica Bednark.
Among the MMA schools represented at this event will be Gracie Tampa , Team Animal (Port St. Lucie), UFS (St. Petersburg), Gracie Ocala , World Class/Champion MMA (Tampa), Top Dog MMA (Lakeland), Tiger's World (Winter Haven), St. Cloud Boxing & Wrestling Club (Minnesota), USA Martial Arts (Ocala), Viper's Pit (Lake City, FL), Des Moines MMA (Iowa) and Homestead MMA (Miami).
Also on the fight card (subject to change!): Lightheavy, undefeated sensation, Andrew Parker vs. Daniel Castro.
Undefeated Joe "Rambo" Robinson vs. BJJ Black Belt, Berto Nunez.
Undefeated Eddie "The Hulk" Hernandez vs. Mike Foster.
Ryan "Who Dat" Keenan from Orlando faces Robert Orta from Homestead.
Ben Jordan vs. Josua Bacalla. Mark Sundaro vs. Blake Wilson. Den Ly vs. Joe Ciraco Todd Jordan vs. Zach Knight. Terrance Reasby vs. Rick Toro.
WEC Champion Miguel Torres will also be in attendance along with Andre Berto (22-0, 19 KOs) who just claimed the vacant World Boxing Council Welterweight title when he halted Miguel Rodriguez in the seventh round in Memphis. Berto took the WBC belt vacated when Floyd Mayweather retired.
